GeneRator
GeneRator software is principally designed to compare protein sequences in bacterial genomes and present the output in a comprehensible graphical format. This allows molecular biologists to make use of the growing database of annotated bacterial genomes to investigate the complex genetic relationships that exist between bacterial species and strains. Comparison maps created by GeneRator can be viewed interactively within the program or can be output in various formats.More details (screenshots, publication,download) added soon.
